Never had any issues with the place great lighting at night very clean location owner has always been nice and has held several conversations with me being a fellow car enthusiast. I HIGHLY recommend distinctive whether it’s for storage purposes or detailing purposes very good group of people that seem light hearted and will take care of you. Very good parking nobody ever messes with my vehicle when I drop it off very nice place overall
Wayne did what he said he'd do, and the car looked fantastic. Their vocabulary is a bit dated ("paint correction" was not a term he was familiar with, or willing to entertain) but I was fairly happy otherwise. Of the two detailing shops in Roanoke that I have used so far, I found this to do better work. His prices aren't set, which could be annoying for some, but oh well.
DONT DO Business Here I also was his 185,000th customer. He does not even deserve a star...... but I could not post this without giving him one more star than he deserved.
Very unprofessional. Emailed the owner to inquire about schedule and pricing, as there was no information for either on his website. The response I received was decent enough, so imagine my surprise when I stopped by on 5/16/14 to inquire about a quote. Before I could finish asking him if I could get a quote and set up an appointment, Wayne (the owner, and 1 of 2 people on-site) cut me off, and began talking along the lines of "what kind of person comes in there thinking they're just going to skip in front of everyone else. ... read more
