Brought my car here after being size swiped in Boston. The insurance company is the lady who hit me really didn't give me any options as to where I could bring it, so I just went to the closest place. I picked my car up today and it looks amazing, drives so much better after the alignment they did AND they cleaned the whole inside of my car as well! They did have it much longer than I expected, 9 days, but I had a rental so it wasn't a huge deal.
Over the years I've probably had 20 plus cars done here from the time they opened, to include a national award winning showcar damaged in a hurricane. Knowing Gary and Fred (and Vinny before) I can't believe anyone would ever have a negative experience here.
Had my vehicle for more than 6 weeks and three times I was called and told to come and pick up my vehicle .That it was all fixed.And 3 times it was not ready. no return phone calls to me ,my insurance company or my attorney.Had to bring vehicle to car craft collision in Abington to finally get treated with respect and dignity and the vehicle fixed correctly
