Matt was really good with our replacement ducted air conditioning unit. Our Panasonic U-100 model failed after being moved for a renovation which meant we couldn't go back to an unreliable air con brand. Matt managed to get us a discounted price on a Mitsubishi 12.5kw unit which seemed more reliable with good reviews. This has been a very quiet and efficient unit. Matt was awesome to deal with and super responsive to servicing and checking over our aging Daikin system. Even found some installer errors in the roof and advised how to rectify.
