I have worked with Josh and his team at distinct for a couple of years and in the past they always did a good job, so we rebooked each year. Last month they did an incomplete job. I was out of town, so I just paid the invoice when it was sent to me, assuming they had done a complete and thorough job. I’m disappointed. They were almost 2 hours late. Didn’t clean out all gutters, didn’t wipe the window sashes, and left my water on- which I didn’t notice until the next day! Ugh. They need more attention to detail.
Had the gutters cleaned out and the team Josh sent over did an amazing job. I’m so happy they left a flyer in my mailbox. Will use this company again for sure.
