Great gym, I would highly recommend it. Rhoda is awesome- she is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. The results of her training are evident in the people that have been training under her for years, and I certainly see results after just a couple of months here. Exercises are structured and varied, so the classes never feel boring/stale.

Ro is the best!! She’s so motivating and results driven. She challenges you to learn new movements and makes you feel confident doing exercises you think you can’t do. She’s tough and will push you while still being understanding of your limitations. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, you’re going to get the best experience with Ro.

I've been a member for 10 years! Rhoda and the DPF family have been such a HUGE INFLUENCE in my life and my transformation . If you're looking for group classes, semi-individual and individual training, Rhoda offers it all! From strength and conditioning, Spartan training, weight lifting, HIIT, it's all here! I've been to other gyms, but the strength level, energy, family-feel, and motivation are unmatched.
