I had been growing my nails for five months, only to have them ruined at Distinct Nails. I went in last minute to have my acrylics removed before an upcoming surgery and requested bio gel on my natural nails. Terrible Service. I came to get a refill with little regrowth, the lady was rude and unprofessional. She was giving me attitude for simply asking a question. Her hands were excessively sweating so I decided not to stay any longer and i decided not to get a colour or top coat. The outcome was $40 dollars for a bit of gel to fill in the gaps. She barely even filed them and most definitely did not provide an adequate service. One of my nails broke off 20 minutes after I left, after standing and not doing anything with my hands.... read more
