At first glance and upon entering this space, you may get the vibes of a regular gym, but they are so much more than those alone to where I'm not 100% certain on how to describe exactly what they do aside from saying they are coaches and mentors at heart. I found an unexpected and diverse gym family at Distill Fitness. People here genuinely care about you and your health progress. You're always encouraged to do what you can but give your best. My life is being transformed each time I work out. Big thank you to other gymnasts, but especially to our coach!!! This is home!
