Used a 'mediator' aka michael gannon from here for sedgwick county small claims court a couple years back and he was unprofessional. Not happy with how he tried to handle our dispute nor happy with the outcome of the trail it still ended up going to, despite winning my case. This guy was a joke. no wonder the other person left 1 star, I wouldnt spit on him if he was on fire.

Save your money and go to court. He is very contradicting and will tell you what you want to hear to make his money. He says he's in the best interests of the kids but in reality his interest is making money. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. I was going to use him for 2 exs but after the first I realized I made a mistake. He said he had the same concerns I had until he talked to my ex...then it was all about me being unfair and he was very rude to me in emails.
