I recently completed the 40‑hour dispute resolution training at Dispute Resolution Center of Thurston County, and it was outstanding. This organization is an incredible resource for individuals who need support moving through conflict. I have taken multiple trainings on mediation and communication. They are very potent with time for practicing skills and very applicable to daily life.

I attended the DRC’s 40-Hour Professional Mediation Training in October of 2025. It was a great training. Everything from the trainers and Staff to the design and practical learning was stellar. I recommend for both professional and personal learning.

Any place that has an employee that posts this is absolutely disgusting. I would not trust them with anything if they have such poor judgement in employees
