This organization is an incredible resource for individuals who need support moving through conflict. I have taken multiple trainings on mediation and communication. They are very potent with time for practicing skills and very applicable to daily life.
I attended the DRC’s 40-Hour Professional Mediation Training in October of 2025. It was a great training. Everything from the trainers and Staff to the design and practical learning was stellar. I recommend for both professional and personal learning.
Any place that has an employee that posts this is absolutely disgusting. I would not trust them with anything if they have such poor judgement in employees
