I was one of the original customers, I paid off my unit and about 4 months after it was paid off it would not boot correctly, I called Chris at customer support, explain the situation after looking on my account, he sent out a rebuilt replacement for free, asking me to send the old one back with a return label included. I was shocked I figured I would have to buy a new one since it was out of warranty however this was not the case.
