A connector piece on a 10x10 frame was inadvertently left at a trade show. I emailed the company about getting a replacement for it. I was told they don't sale those pieces separately and the only option was to buy a new frame for over $500. Totally unacceptable. For you all not to have any replacement parts for possible accidents such as this shows a lack of care for your customers. This item had only been used 3 times. NOT Recommended! Buy elsewhere. NOTE: Their (expensive and very nice) 'ELEMENT' Display system (frame) was *discontinued* in 2018. We bought ours in 2016, and were very happy with it! Until today. I called today to replace a missing part of the frame. Turns out, without this little curved aluminum tubing, our entire display is now trash! They chose NOT to offer replacement parts for the frame. We were trying to locate our previous banners and noticed 1 was lost. I placed an online order with Display It on Monday. Their team was readily available via email to answer my question if it would arrive the same week since we selected standard overnight. They were prompt in helping figure out our artwork and getting it to production. They were always helpful and pleasant. Our team is excited to use the new retractable banners on our next expo and show it off!
