Very disappointed with post purchase support. After two small piping components critical to the proper assembly of the display were misplaced we contacted Displayit to inquire about obtaining replacement parts. We were informed that individual replacement components are not available. The only solution offered was a 25% discount toward the purchase of an entirely new display structure at an approximate cost of $450. A connector piece on a 10x10 frame was inadvertently left at a trade show. I emailed the company about getting a replacement for it. I was told they don't sale those pieces separately and the only option was to buy a new frame for over $500. Totally unacceptable. For you all not to have any replacement parts for possible accidents such as this shows a lack of care for your customers. This item had only been used 3 times. I would use caution ordering from this company. The frames are very fragile and easy to damage as well wh... read more

NOT Recommended! Buy elsewhere. NOTE: Their (expensive and very nice) 'ELEMENT' Display system (frame) was *discontinued* in 2018. We bought ours in 2016, and were very happy with it! Until today. I called today to replace a missing part of the frame. Turns out, without this little curved aluminum tubing, our entire display is now trash! They chose NOT to offer replacement parts for the frame.
