I'd like to also add that Barb was very pleasant and encouraging on the phone and I could tell she immediately saw my vision in the design. Im really looking forward to working with her to design the perfect set up for my new store!
Small company that gives personalized service and attention to detail. The final product was nicely done.
High quality workmanship and materials evident looking at the display case. Shipping has some glitches but all worked out fine. This was the 2nd case I bought and some details changed. Making the 2nd case match the 1st didn't go so well, but I think this was an extra consideration that shouldn't count against delivering the product they advertise.
Very pleased with our custom awards case. Customer service is terrific, it was very easy to place our order and get exactly what we wanted/needed. It was packed well and arrived undamaged. It's a beautiful and very well-built case that we have received many compliments on.
