The new update is absolute garbage (they definitely should have left it the way it was before) but the big issues I brought up were fixed by the next day.

For several months now (I can't remember how long ago, but since the most recent update) the map/routing part of dispatch has been AWFUL. It makes you build the routes backwards which makes no sense, it assigns different trucks to the wrong route when you don't even have that truck selected, it throws a stop to a COMPLETELY different route when all you're trying to do is rearrange whatever route you're working on, you have to refresh so many times because the routes magically disappear on their own, the list goes on. I forget when the last update happened (maybe a few months) and I was hoping they'd smoothe out the obvious blatant errors by now but they haven't. The routing worked so smoothly before with no issues and I cannot stress enough how horrible it is now. It makes my job a lot more challenging than it should be and I really wish my job had a different system to use as an option.
