One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I had questions about what I was ordering and they responded so quickly it shocked me (most companies take much longer to respond). I highly recommend these folks. If you have questions or issues you reach out to them and they immediately respond and rectify the problem.
I decided to use this service after I realized how time consuming even a basic oil change can be. I must say I was very pleased with the way the logistics was handled. Booking the service online was very easy and efficient, the driver showed up and picked up my vehicle at the time it was booked for pick up and dropped it off later in the day after the maintenance was done. I definitely recommend this service, in fact I am very happy such service does exist, I will definitely use it going forward.
