I had always been a little nervous and hesitant when it came to joining a CrossFit gym but decided to bite the bullet and see what the hype is about. Well, after my first class at Dispatch Fitness I 100% understood why some people choose CrossFit. The coaches were amazing, they knew it was my first time so they were patient with me and stayed close to make sure I had the proper form for the exercises. The team here is truly amazing. They are super supportive and make you feel like a part of the family. This is a great spot to get your workout in, have fun and get fit.
I think the coaches make ALL the difference in CrossFit. The coaches at Dispatch Fitness are EXCELLENT. They are patient, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you achieve your fitness goals. Everyone at the gym is really nice and willing to help out. I highly recommend Dispatch!! 😊 💪🏼
The people at Dispatch make this place the most incredible space to workout in. Perfect for beginners or elite athletes, the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to technique and barbell movements.
