Guy had my car for 7 months and didn't fix all the problems I asked to have done. He left me with broken wheel bearing, bad ball joint, leaking oil, and check engine light. He even kept my brand new seats and tried to make me pay for all the things he broke. Paid him over $7k to have a broken car that can't drive. He cost me my job, my house, and left having to live in my car stuck in a parking lot. I'm now homeless due to this horrible experience with this mechanic shop. Dillon at Disoriented Autoworks charged me $251.78 plus tax for a part to come from Japan on June 19th, 2024 for my Lexus. As of today October 28, 2024 he has not refunded my account or provided an update on the part in question. This shop is very unprofessional. Edit: After a difficult back and forth, Dillon provided my refund via Zelle.
Honest hardworking mechanics, would recommend to everyone 10/10
I had an excellent experience at Disoriented Autoworks in Hutto. The technicians did an outstanding job, and I was especially impressed with Ty, who was extremely thorough when troubleshooting a few issues with my car. Dillion was also incredibly helpful and responsive to all my car needs. The whole team was fantastic and very professional. I highly recommend their services and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.
