Don’t order from online. I ordered luggage for my daughter and it was damaged. Disney is telling me that I have to get the luggage from my daughter, who lives in another state, wait 5 days for a return label, send the luggage to them they will send it to me and then I can send it back to my daughter in the state she lives in. Why all the back and forth? The rep tells me they can only do shipping from the point of order. I guess I will not be shopping here anymore. sad that this store closed. Everyone please email disneystore on their website and share your frustration and desire for a new store. VA Beach just isnt the same without this store
