The NBA store was the absolute worst experience my family and I have had EVER in our lives! As frequent flyers at Disney we never complain but we really couldn’t hold back this time. Hiram, a cast member in the store was EXTREMELY rude. Very condescending, sarcastic and completely and entirely disrespectful. Supposed to be “feeling the magic” at Disney Springs. RecommendedI got to walk around to look at everything and there is a Coca-Cola place to show all the types of Coca-Cola from all around the world this was awesome because I never went to Disney so this gave me the closest to Disney that I would get it was amazing
