HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT LISTEN. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, CONSIDER OUR EXPERIENCE. Overmedicating, not listening, poor documentation, up charges beyond requested: all in what I was told was a "standard of care". I wish I didn't pay after visit, and only on receipt of documentation of services. I would NEVER subject our pet (any anima) to this manner of care - especially since they consider it to be their "standard". Our local Vet closed and Disney Pet Hospital was on the list given to us.
