did a full backyard remodel started in 2020. were quoted 3-4 months for completion but ended up taking 7 months- partly because of covid and partly because many days would go by with no one showing up to work. pros would be that at actual completion we got mostly everything we wanted as far as the look of the project. cons would be a huge lack of communication. there were days and days and even months where no one would show up to work. we were told people would come and no one would. we would reach out for updates, question... read more
