I came in with beautiful, curly hair, and now it is completely bone straight. This was done without any discussion or warning, and I feel completely violated and unheard. I have never felt so dissatisfied and heartbroken. Please be cautious before trusting them with your hair. One star.”
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT give this place any service. They secretly have PERM in their products, never mention anything to customers! This place will leave your hair PERMED STRAIGHT if you come with naturally curly hair. very unsatisfied, very disappointed! not all dominicans are to be trusted with silk presses, and this is one of those places. Hair had to be BIG CHOPPED because of the way the hair looked after washing! 0/10.
