“I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this salon. Without my knowledge or consent, they applied a chemical to my hair that completely straightened it. I came in with beautiful, curly hair, and now it is completely bone straight. This was done without any discussion or warning, and I feel completely violated and unheard. I have never felt so dissatisfied and heartbroken. Please be cautious before trusting them with your hair. One star.”
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT give this place any service. They secretly have PERM in their products, never mention anything to customers! This place will leave your hair PERMED STRAIGHT if you come with naturally curly hair. very unsatisfied, very disappointed! not all dominicans are to be trusted with silk presses, and this is one of those places. Hair had to be BIG CHOPPED because of the way the hair looked after washing! 0/10.
5 stars all around , I have been here a prior to my recent visit Disnalda is the most sweetest people you ever wanna meet and if the style/color is not good for your hair she will tell you just that .. I like coming here No complaints promise if you come here you will get what you want for a reasonable price ..
Best salon ever!!! I’ve been coming to Disnalda’s since I was 5 years old and she never disappoints. Herself and the staff are very kind, caring, and passionate about what they do. You won’t walk out until you are satisfied!
