Got hit by someone on my bike and tried to use this office. I told them specifically i didnt want my insurance involved since it wasnt my fault and i didnt want my insurance to be affected. I never told them my policy info yet they still submit claims to my insurance. There wasnt enough coverage on either policy so they dropped me and my insurance went up.
David is very knowledgeable and caring toward his clients. I see his billboards everywhere and have even worked with him in a professional capacity. David is first class and I would definitely call him if I never needed a personal injury attorney, but hopefully, I never will!
I first called the firm because i have heard really good things about dave and his company. I picked this firm over all the other firms in the area because of the good words i had heard. My favorite thing about working with the law firm was they pointed me in the right direction even though we did not work with them. The outcome after all of the work put in by the firm was i have a clear understanding of what my next steps are. Thanks to the firm, i know what i need to do next.
I had several questions pertaining to a legal matter and was able to have every question answered in a timely and professional matter by Cristina the paralegal, she was descriptive and put me on the right path the have my issues resolved. I was extremely impressed. Will recommend!
