You've got to be a Karen or a Darren to leave a negative review of this bike shop. Message them on a Sunday when the shop was closed and still got my questions answered quickly. Shipping was fast, the bike was packaged with care and great customer service. Definitely be coming back! Hand written note makes you feel like a friend and not just another customer.
