While I haven't actually visited this location, my recent online order was handled incredibly well, and made the store seem very inviting! If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely stop by. Great selection of items and easy online shopping experience!
Even though this shop is far from me, its worth the trip. A lot of bike shops in the city aren’t very patient or friendly but I never experienced such a welcoming and kind team as soon as I called and visited. From the thoughtful hand written thank you card with my order to the exceptional service in store, this shop is exemplary in customer service.
