number disconnected? Have been having problems with my invisalign .. have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days, number is disconnected. how do you disconnect and change your number without notifying your patients? i am paying $4000 for my invisalign and should be able to at least leave a message if needed. once i am done with my invisalign i am definitely switching dentists. i've never had this much trouble contacting a medical provider. not professional at all and regretting i found this dentist.
Dentist Cancelled Appointment 6 Times After our initial appointment the dentist cancelled our follow up appointment 6 times in a row!!!! We never received more than 2 hours notice of the cancellation, so we missed several hours of work. My husband and I had to go to the office to retreive our records so we could have our dental work finished somewhere else.
