I researched law firms and bios, reviews and so on. This was my first choice, and best choice I could have made. Mitchell took my case. I was informed every step of the way. Every email and phone call were answered in a timely manner. If Mitchell was going to be out of office he would also inform me. I was well prepared for the hearing by Mitchell. I won, and I appreciated how hard he worked and the care he gave and showed during the whole process.

I was told by another lawyer that "Ehlers Danlos doesn't win disability cases" and that I shouldn't even try. I had so many horrible attorney experiences but when I approached Leah with my case, she took several days to read every single thing before telling me she was absolutely going to take it. I'm still in disbelief that we got the approval, I never thought something would work out for me after so many denials and so much negativity from so many other attorneys. Leah is a genuine person and absolutely worth working with.

Just called here, but you're expected to do your own appeal and "collect the testimonies" of you doctors (paperwork is provided, to give to your doctors). Talked to another place and they take care of everything...if the Appeal is won and both places are paid 25%, it just makes sense the client not have to stress about the process. Just not a firm I would work with.
