I'm very poor customer service. Went in with a friend and we both were treated like dirt. Poor attitude and making you feel like your vehicle isn't worth fixing.
Friendly service writer and quick oil change.
Brought our 3500 Ram in for service. Performed diagnostics. Couldn't find the problem. Wanted more money to look more at it. Then when we pulled away headlights didn't work, and then refused to fix the issue. Wanted more to look at it. Dont bring it unless you want more issues. ZERO accountability. No wonder they have a 2.7 STARS
I like coming here, but they are slow. If you're waiting for an oil change or tire rotation, be prepared for it to take a couple of hours WITH an appointment.
