I visited 3 other Ram dealers to fix an electrical issue with my ProMaster. All of them had no clue and stuck me with other issues. Dishman looked at the symptoms, pulled a ground map out and found the issue in about 2 hours. It might not be the prettiest dealer but the service department is exceptional. Tiffany and Robert (service manager) were incredibly helpful with not only my vehicle but helping me get the installation completed in a short time. I can highly recommend this dealer!

Tiffany is a nightmare to work with. She has zero interest in actually helping you as a service advisor, as she would rather pose at the counter and batt her fake lashes. She will leave you on endless hold, never returning your call. She doesn't even return your vehicle for days unless you start demanding she do something. If you're an insecure creep, you'll love her all-mighty domination commentary ("we can tie it all up at my counter", etc), being ignored and begging her. For the rest of us, she is useless. I unfortunately cannot recommend the service department at Dishman Dodge based on my experience. On August 6, my Dodge Challenger broke down while I was visiting the Spokane Valley area. I had the car dropped off at Dishman Dodge, but was told they would not be able to diagnose it for at least another day. Service dept is very bad Took my truck in for an issue with the alternator Took a couple weeks to fix, no big deal Drove it home and there was a parasitic drain on the battery Had to use an evermax marine start on my car multiple times just to keep it charged, but the pull was so bad I couldn’t get it above 80% (at that point the everstart enters a lower amp mode and it couldn’t outdo the parasitic pull) When I couldn’t get the car started to bring it back from them they told me I needed to pay to tow it myself even though i... read more

I sent my truck in to find out what’s wrong with it they, charge me $1000 for diagnostic which already is ridiculous after they told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it and they think it’s perfectly fine. I got the truck back and it still has the exact same air suspension problem that they said they didn’t exist.
