What an amazing day we were taking such good care of by Parker in sales so easy best time ever buying a truck!!! And to Clint in financing thank you for making it painless as you could I could not ask for a better experience at Dishman Dodge. This is our fourth vehicle we bought from you. It gets better every time.
Service department is very bad. They screwed up fixing my alternator and trashed my battery, wanted me to pay to tow the car to them, and charged me for the battery after blaming me for not driving the truck enough. They couldn’t answer when I asked why the battery wasn’t checked after the alternator was fixed or during the 60k mile service I paid for. Probably because the words “we screwed up I’m sorry” don’t exist for these guys. You will have to take your car back multiple times and rack up a hefty bill for their mistakes... read more
Am not very thrilled took my jeep told what was going on that it had a brand pump already in it and they insisted it was the pump and that the jeep was fixed not even 24 hrs and doing the same thing they charged me almost two grand and didn’t fix the issue still happening when I told them it had a brand new pump
Service dept is very bad Took my truck in for an issue with the alternator Took a couple weeks to fix, no big deal Drove it home and there was a parasitic drain on the battery Had to use an evermax marine start on my car multiple times just to keep it charged, but the pull was so bad I couldn’t get it above 80% (at that point the everstart enters a lower amp mode and it couldn’t outdo the parasitic pull) When I couldn’t get the car started to bring it back from them they told me I needed to pay to tow it myself even though i... read more
