Overall good responsive service provided. But can improve on the appointment system.
I had a horrible experience. I had an appointment at 11.50 and took 1 hr off from work but I had to wait more than 30 min to get called in. When i asked the receptionist they said doctor had an emergency and is running behind the schedule. I atleast expect then to notify us incase if doctor is running behind schedule as we can change plans accordingly.
Great friendly call handlers when I booked my appointment. Doctor was excellent, very helpful and understanding. He answered my questions and was reassuring.
