I had a terrible experience here. My first two visits were fine, but my third visit was a complete disaster. I asked for my usual eyebrow shape and even showed a picture of my own eyebrows so there would be no confusion. She kept asking if I was sure, and I said yes. Ana is amazing! This was my first time here, and I will definitely be coming back. She worked quickly and did a perfect job. I had my eyebrows done with several designs here, and she is truly one of the best.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in for an eyebrow threading expecting a simple cleanup, and I left with noticeably uneven eyebrows. One brow is shaped differently than the other, and it’s very obvious. Eyebrows take a long time to grow back, so this isn’t something that can be fixed overnight.
