fantastic customer service Called a day before to schedule and was scheduled for the next day. Carpet arrived out like new.
Edward provided wonderful service. He was pleasant and listened to my concerns. He gave attention to stains and high traffic areas, as asked. He worked hard and the carpets arrived out cleaner than I expected. Five stars to Edward !
The technicians were on time, acted professional, and explained what they were going to do and what we needed to do after they left. The appearance of the clean carpet made the carpet look like new. I was impressed with the work and would use them the next time we need the carpet cleaned. I endorse them.
My carpet looks so much better. I feel better knowing it’s clean with my baby crawling Rene did a fantastic job!
