Absolutely the worst customer service. I lost my job from Covid. I am unable to afford sattelite over food. Dish demands I pay $280.00 immediately (45 days). If i cant afford $100 per month, how am i going to afford this? Despite the fact I have a been ontime paying customer for over 3 years....Dish threatens me with my credit if I can't pay. Then they charge me to ship the equipment back, will not remove the contraption on my roof , but will charge me if I dont return outdated equipment they will never use again. I am also ... read more

In 3 weeks we have had numerous calls and tech visits, countless hours wasted dealing with very poor customer service. I just hung up after waiting almost 5 hours for yet another tech visit to hear no one is available and if I wanted to speak with a manager I couldn't for 3 days. My only option is to reschedule, take another day off from work and wonder if anyone will show up. At this point it was supposed to be a supervisor field tech......who couldn't bother to show up. Clerical error on dish, yet i suffer consequences! Ongoing for over a year, i had account placed on hold for 2 consecutive 9 month terms, around june of 18 i had reactivated account at new address, tech came out and installed with temp dish and never returned.....my account was set up on auto pay and paperless billing....then i discontined the cc that was being used to pay dish, so i contacted them to buy out of contract and disconnect service but they cant find an account affiliated with me, phone number, address .......wel... read more

These people do not deserve a star rating. I have been with this company for over 13 years, I recently had my service put on pause. I have a pay in advance account. This means that I pay in advance for any service/channels that I may use. I recently called in to have my services restored and moved to another address and was informed that I owe them $125.83 for services rendered. Very unhelpful and refuse to take blame for their own mistakes. I built a brand new house and had it pre-wired for services. Instead of the tech taking two minutes and following the wires when they came to install they drilled a new whole in my house. Also, took it upon hisself to put the satellite dish on my deck, which wouldn’t of been an issue in the first place had he followed the wires which would’ve led him to the other side of the house. After many years I cancelled my Dish Network Service mid-February. After all charges were calculated I had an overpayment. When speaking to customer support on the phone I was told if there was an overpayment I would get a refund check in the mail. It has been over 2 months and I have not gotten any check/refund yet, and continue to get bills showing that I have an overpayment. You owe me money. Where is it? 4/15/20 Being that we are experiencing a pandemic. I spoke with a representative being that we are dealing with Covic 19 he stated I would not be charged a late payment due to pandemic. I then call because my bill is not what he stated. I spoke with Operater id e9s Carlos and he said there was nothing he could do to assist me with this late payment. Due to covid19 I was laid off & it’s been three weeks & I still can’t through the unemployment office. This morning I received my bill which increased to $85 due to I was told me contract expired. When I asked the representative for help since I am not getting any kind of income in he said they can only help me this month & that’s the best he can do for me. DISH NETWORK WILL NOT DO A SINGLE THING TO HELP CUSTOMERS IN FINANCIAL STRESS BROUGHT ON BY COVID-19.. IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL EVEN THOUGH WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK.. THEY HAVE MAXED OUT GREED AND ZERO COMPASSION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. If this is the kind of company they want to run then I suggest that WE ALL FIND A SERVICE THAT HAS AT LEAST SOME COMPASSION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. i tried to leave ZERO stars but this program won't let me.
