I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who checked me in, confirmed I had completed all my information online and checked my ID and insurance card. The wait was short and during the time, the two of us were able to chat a little bit. She was very personable. Deserves every low score they have. I have repeatedly told scheduling to stop calling me while I'm at work. If you're not going to show any professionalism I'm just going to block your number and go elsewhere.

i was referred to go here. I checked ahead of time to ensure coverage. i was assured I was in network. that was bad info. they billed me and wouldn't work with me. i disputed this with the office, but was met with unprofessional responses, and what i believe to be violation of the FCRA and legal codes for medical billing. despite it being such a small bill, they sent it to collections. seemed chaotic in the office, everyone buzzing around
