We ordered a Captain's bed with 12 drawers of under bed storage from one of Discovery World's online retailers. I will admit that I took a day off work to assemble all of it, but it went well until the very end when I had a problem with one of the bed rails that appeared to be a defect. Discovery World Furniture is Florida based and not an overseas company. I called the company in hopes of finding a piece of furniture to complete a set that I owned. They were very accessible and able to help me immediately with my request. The item was shipped and delivered within 36 hours. Dylan Riordan was my point of contact and provided excellent customer service. You won’t be disappointed with their products or service.

Love our Discovery World Furniture Bunk Beds (stair bed) in Ash! They are built so well and the color is gorgeous! The stairs are so sturdy that we won’t worry about our grandkids going up and down them! Also, the built in drawers are so convenient for storing their clothes. Thank you for such a beautiful, well built product!!!!

I had exceptional customer service with the team, who went out of their way and provided custom parts and accessories when needed to replace part of a bed. They emailed and called to make sure all was good and worked out, and to make sure the bed was assembled safely.
