Everytime I bring a client to this clinic we are waiting 20-60 mins after there appointment time and when you get into the doctors office often we are waiting an additional 20 minutes or longer … very unprofessional then when doctors come in they are rushing appointment. And many of my clients had to cancel different appointments they had that same day.
I went to the walk in clinic on a Sunday morning, normal amount of wait time for the line Jessica at the front desk was excellent! Dr. Grimbeek was fantastic to work with, very thorough, no rush and friendly!
Why do medical receptionists feel the need to be rude and condescending. No need to berate a person in public for not standing behind a line when there was no one else at the counter. Terrible customer service. Makes the doctors look like idiots.
They say they offer online booking yet have no website and the Facebook link doesn’t work. Don’t say you offer something if you don’t. You need to change your automated answering machine
These people like to share their patients private health information between the walk in clinic and the pain management clinic beside them. I was seeing a pain management doctor, he acted extremely unprofessionally, seemed agitated from the moment he met me, and at our last appointment got in my personal space and screamed "GET OUT! GET OUT!" In my face.
