I had an appointment that was booked about a week and a half in advance. I arrived 20 minutes early to make sure I could be seen on time for my 12:00 PM appointment. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was that the clinic floor was extremely dirty, yet patients were required to remove their shoes. Shoe covers were only provided if specifically requested, and after many patients asked for them, the clinic eventually placed a shared basket of shoe covers in the waiting area.
