Dr. Hovan is Wonderful
If you're coming to this doctor's office, you might as well plan on being 20-30 minutes late because they're never on time. I was told to arrive early for my 11:40 appointment. By noon, I had to tell staff I needed to leave for work, and the only response I got was, "the doctor's behind." That's unacceptable. It's frustrating that patients are threatened with cancellation fees if we're late or miss an appointment, yet the office feels no obligation to respect our time. The front staff/ receptionists are very very rude at this Clinic especially the third one from the front, she is not a nice person at all, she should not be dealing with the public
