Dr. Francois Grimbeek is truly one of the most exceptional family physicians in Red Deer. His professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail are evident in every consultation. Unlike many doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Grimbeek takes the time to carefully assess your concerns with genuine diligence. I am my entire family are totally grateful for his outstanding care.
Incredibly slow service and poor management. It’s still early in the day, yet they are already refusing patients while four staff members just sit around at the desk. Zero sense of urgency sadly you’re better off asking AI or go to better establishment.
Tried to bring my son in on Sunday for a suspected tick bite which I just discovered at lunchtime. We arrived to the clinic at 1:20 (they close at 2pm). There was no other people in the waiting room. The receptionist was not welcoming at all and she seemed annoyed that we arrived close to closing.
