My son and his family were moving on Saturday and the other storage unit fell thru. By calling last minute to ExtraSpace storage, we were able to rent a larger unit with first month rent free. The move went exceptionally well and the whole family couldn’t be more pleased with the process, the storage unit, and the move to Columbus. We unconditionally recommend ExtraSpace storage to anyone who requires climate controlled storage.
Edit (8/19/25): This place has changed ownership since my initial review and the experience has not been pleasant. Karl is not there anymore and the current staff doesn’t seem to care. It truly felt like we were bothering them when we had questions about the move out process. Most likely won’t be using this facility if we ever need a storage unit again. It’s unfortunate since we had such a great experience when we initially rented a space here.
