Very helpful and professional.
Karl was wonderful from the introduction. He really took the time to walk me through all of the features of facility. Even those most people don’t consider, like a dehumidifier or C02 monitor. He’s always waving or saying hi when I need to stop by. The facility itself is clean and secure, reassuring me that my unit is safe.
10/10 experience! Karl is phenomenal and incredibly helpful! Moving itself is stressful, but Karl made getting a storage unit so simple and convenient. He was patient with all my questions and made you feel so comfortable because he is so friendly. Highly recommend getting a unit here! Also the whole facility is climate controlled and humidity controlled, so you don’t have to worry about your items smelling like mold (huge perk)! Karl is absolutely amazing! We have had such a good experience with Discovery Storage because he has been so great with communication, helping us get set up and transfer to a bigger unit when needed. EXCELLENT! Can't recommend this place & Karl enough. Thank you!
