Discovery has a very poor hiring process for Regionals and higher. They tend to keep on the directors from management companies who were fired. The Regional Director and her boss for the Lakehouse division have worked at four different companies together with most of their experience being managers at stores (i.e. Target & JCPenney) Liz is the Regional for Wisconsin. We are having huge management problems here in San Antonio! Employees and residents are being treated unkindly, disrespectfully and wrongly. Something needs to be remedied, or our home will be vacated by unhappy residents!
