The Discovery team truly understands the ins and outs of senior living. Their depth of knowledge, high level of competency, and consistent support are not only impressive but genuinely refreshing. It’s clear they care deeply about the communities they serve and the people they work with.
Same frustration as Many other people posted. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CORPORTATE TELEPHONE NUMBER, NOR DO THEY CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE MESSAGES!! Can't resolve issues, as NO ONE TO TALK TOO!! I have NEVER seen a corporate office like this! How do they survive??!! CRAZY
Have called and left messages repeatedly at Discovery and no answer ! I am at Jackson Meadows/Provicial Katrina Lanigan who hasn’t responded either! We have no activities or trips out!!! Libby activity director does nothing!!! And LaDonna manager is aware we have spoken to her! She has called one resident here the #1 complainer!!! Can you imagine calling a 92 year old such a thing? So if you are looking for a clean well maintained place to live until you kick the bucket this is it!!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! As many reviews stated, they do not answer their phones and when I finally got a call back, refused to help. I had put downs REFUNDABLE fee one year prior to their Choreograph Apartments in Gainesville, Florida opening. When I requested the fee returned to me because I had moved out of state, they repeatedly gave me the run around and SEVEN months later have yet to return my $1000.
