My family had a horrific experience here - on Monday had to drive 2 hrs. to locked down facility to demand they release our son. The staff were refusing to respond to multiple calls or let our son call us. This facility operates more like a prison than a treatment center. More of a sex chamber than it is a rehab. Almost all of the clients here are having sex, wether its with random people or someone they know. Personally it made me super uncomfortable, you get 2 calls to your family per week, 10-30 mins each call depending on how long you've been there and how you progress. Very limited access to drinking water. If you decide to leave AMA, be prepared to wait around all day. Just got home from this "treatment facility" which I specifically told them prior to arriving I was only going for detox. Upon calling, i was told i would be able to call my spouse, and upon arriving they take your phone immediately and i was told no phone calls allowed, and the worker told me that they will lie to you to get you there, and apologized as she has no say to adjust their protocol.
