The staff at Discovery Point Development Centers are very friendly and helpful when it comes to answering any questions I have.
Overall I am very comfortable with Discovery Point Centers. Every one who works there cares about the kids and I also know every one who deals with my kid.
My child id so comfortable with Discovery Point and everyone there, she would rather be there than at home with me. Whenever I pick her up she gets upset.

At Discovery Point, we hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to the cleanliness of our center so that we can keep our children healthy. In addition to state regulations, we have our own Quality Assurance Program that visits each center to make sure that all diapering, feeding, and cleaning routines are being followed. Installed wiring for speakers, alarm system, cable and telephone. Generally a good job. Issues with the way the alarm system and speakers were wired were corrected.
My son's teachers are amazing. The actual staff are wonderful and he's made a lot of friends there. Unfortunately, the Administration is disorganized. They don't do well with monthly payments and their accounting is terrible. I pulled my son out because of bad accounting.
Awful experiences here. Biting is not handed properly. Owner is more concerned with money than children. She does not return phone calls. She is not involved in the day-to-day activity there, but she does not allow the manager to make management decisions. My son's pre-k teachers were wonderful, but I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone with infants or toddlers. The turnover rate is much higher than I have ever experienced with other daycares my children attended.
We were with Discovery Point for several years and happy. Then the business was under new mgmt. or sold. It was all down hill from there. Many of the caregivers that we felt comfortable with were pushed away and the new owner/manager was one of the WORST people that I have ever met as to dealing with people. I do not recommend them at all.
As the Director of Discovery Point i feel the need to correct my centers reputation. I would never allow my staff to be disrespectful to any parent. Every center has a daily sheet that tells about your child's day as well as always receiving feed back from the teacher.There will also be times that you drop off and pick up in the same spot but every child is rotated every 15 minutes to different equipment as well as free play on the floor equipment with friends.
