I have never in my life felt more unseen and uncared for. That was my first appointment and LAST at this facility. I've had the same PCP for about 10 years up until last year until my insurance changed so I figured this was a good place. Did my own self papsmear which was a first. Had to run all over town to get blood work. Had to call them about if they had gotten my results back. 12/29/25: THIS OFFICE REPEATEDLY DEMANDED I COME IN FOR MEDICALLY UNNECESSARY APPOINTMENTS. I did blood labs in October. I received a call in November that I needed to repeat a lab, & when I asked which lab & why, I was told I would need to make an appointment (with Amanda Schaffer, PA) to find out.
