Absolutely ridiculous! My husband had a colonoscopy scheduled for 12:30. We were told to be there at 12. They didn't even start the procedure until 3:30. Every time I've had to deal with TPMG it's been a disaster. I will definitely stick with Sentara going forward.
Always got their patients health as a priority. Same day appts and takes the time to discuss results from exams for a thorough understanding. Highly recommend this practice to my friends.
