Enjoyed shopping for glasses here they were so helpful and not pushy! Also given eye checks for all my kids and myself so patient and friendly good with my kids
They were very accommodating in order to be able to get me in for an urgent appointment and I really appreciated their prompt and helpful staff.
This office is truly a gem among businesses: Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and give terrific customer service! But the really best part of my experiences there is that Dr. Mark gets my ridiculous sense of humor (I mean honestly.. we’re not meant to have people “coming directly towards our eyeballs, at any time - right?🤷♀️) She manages my anxiety over this very well, knowing I tend to freak out a little bit. Dr Kim Williams is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have been going to Discovery for many years and always have a great experience. The building is beautiful and the selection of frames is fantastic.
