This is our third business copier with Kyocera of Northern California, but unfortunately this experience has been a nightmare. Beware working or leasing with them. Forced our non-profit to pay an ungodly amount to return the item at the end of the lease ($800) even though we finished out the lease. Customer service during the 4 years of our lease was really bad. Not responsive. Would've been better off just using a $200 inkjet printer rather than the thousands we dished out every year.
Leasing with this company - and the cost for printer cartridges - is a racket. Add to that spotty customer service (slow, unresponsive at times, having to call in every time a new device needed connecting to a 21st c printer!). Then at the end they hit you again with a nearly thousand dollar pick up/shipping charge.
