Terrible business. They are impossible to communicate with, never return calls. They gave me an old lock, and said they wouldn't charge me for it, then later put the full amount on my account. After I moved out, they said it would be up to 3 weeks for my deposit to be refunded, and then 2 weeks later they charged my credit card for an additional month! WTF? Thievery! Every time I talk to their office about it, they say "its up to Corporate, there's nothing I can do here, sorry." Scammers! Less than zero stars!
