I called to have a back door opened that was stuck in the locked and closed position. I was unable to open it with deadbolt or key. It is an 8' tall framed glass door with a multi point lock. It took a while to get it open and then even longer to figure out what was wrong. Turned out to be poor installation by Pulte about 1-1/2 years ago (out of warranty).
