Company wants to bulldog itself into Lake Tahoe community, privatize and develop a resort so partnership companies can borrow against equity and evade taxes. Discovery land company is a fraud. There’s much more going on here than development of private luxury properties and it’s probably why they have recently lost some of their bigger accounts.
