worst customer service ever...on hold FOREVER...finally picked up (18 mins). "let me transfer you to that department". On hold again. Never do business with these people.
From my experience so far, these people are crooks! Their insured not only hit my car....but FLED the scene.....I followed and got a picture of their vehicle and license plates. Police report was filed. It has been 2 months and they claim they are unable to FIND their insured, so they may have to deny paying for my vehicle to be fixed!! HELLO! They don't want to be found and claim responsibility. This has been going on now for 2 months. RIDICULOUS to even think that I should file a claim and make my insurance go up ... read more
