Poor training, Management needs improvement. HR has no training and has no idea what they are doing. Lots of drama. Very clickish. Family owned. If you aren't family or a friend of the family working here, it's hard to fit in. The minute they slow down you'll be the first to go. The job is nothing like they explain it in the interview. Watch your back with this company! Not a good place to work!!
