My 2008 home that I lived in for 10 years had fewer issues than this one built in 2022. The house they built feels rushed and poorly constructed.

Cale and his team are top notch. They are true to their word and very easy to work with. They were very patient with us throughout the process. Other builders we spoke with wanted to build their stock plan with minimal changes. Discovery was willing to build what we dreamed. They offered suggestions that made our self drawn plan even better. We are so happy with our shed/ stained glass studio that Discovery House Homes built for us. It is perfect. What a great group of people. Jeremy Heddon was the best project manager I have ever worked with. All of the subcontractors were awesome. Nothing but good things to say about this business. Recommend them 100%!
