This home was well built and everything was done as explained. Contractor was easy to work with and design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking interior paints, tile, fixtures and exterior colors.

Discovery did a great job adding a 3rd garage bay to our house. From the 1st interaction when they showed up for an estimate, at the time they said they would, through each step of the construction their communications and workmanship were excellent. All our neighbors say that the addition looks like it was part of the original house. I highly recommend them.
Beware.... bad completion time plus you may find yourself liable for damage to area properties from their construction crews and service vehicles. Road damages, trees, cost overruns, drainage altercations. Don't do a project without legal advice to protect yourself from their poor business practices. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED BY THE * BBB*
I left a voice mail this afternoon, knowing that my project is out of their stated service area but hoping for the best since they came highly recommended by a friend. Ed called me back about 10 minutes later to confirm that they don't work in my town. I appreciate him taking the time to return my call; most places wouldn't.
