Steer Clear I want to start off by saying that my family & I have had a very bad experience with Stephen Souders from Discovery Homes. I would not recommend this company to anyone & would go with a different company if I could do it over. I am writing this review because I wish I would have had a review to read to steer me clear of this company. After we finalized the purchase of our home everything went south.
