This place is now a franchise with offices all over the US, so don't expect any personal service. When Discovery MD took over they fired the doctor and all the therapists (they waited until my therapist was on vacation before they fired her). And, now they're not accepting any new patients. The way this was handled is abhorrent and left a lot of people in the cold with no help. I would not trust these people, ever.
Discovery Health saved us, we had appointments elsewhere for rapid Covid tests before our cruise and the people stiffed us. Discovery Health took us right in had out results in 15 minutes and even printed them for us (a group of 8) I recommend them anytime!
Terrible service
I was being helped by a lovely lady, until a woman who I can only guess was the manager decided to push her way into our conversation. Not only was she extremely rude to me but I felt belittled. Shocked a place like this would have someone with no compassion working with the public. The interaction was so upsetting I decided to test with carbon health.
Discovery Health MD is a scam. They use bait and switch tactics to cheat the public. Once in their facility the service requested is not suitaable and the customer is charged $100 additional
