My experience with Discovery Health Healing Center has given me my life back. Getting the guidance on how to use food as medicine has healed me in a way I never thought possible. If you are sick of diets with packages or potions and just want to eat real food, this is the plan for you!
I highly recommend Discovery Health Healing Center! I have worked with Christine and Ciera on dialing in my health. I have utilized the Bio Energy Plan, which has helped me be able to understand what my specific body needs. For the first time I feel I can have a sustainable lifestyle and maintain my health. I have also used the Red Light Therapy on a calf injury I had. With the Red Light and Thor light bed I feel my recovery time was dramatically reduced.
After turning 50, and not having any success making healthy changes myself, I sought the help of Discovery Health Healing Center. Christine and I are working on my hormone levels and Ciera has guided me to better nutritional choices resulting in weight loss. Everyone at Discovery Health Healing Center is positive and helpful. The variety of services they offer gives me hope that I might find something to help me feel better.
Ciera does such a great job with the weight loss nutritional program. It has helped me in so many ways. I was never good at meal planning and with this program it has made it so simple and she will make to meet or needs etc. The one on one was amazing. I absolutely love this place. I did the bioenergy test plus 3 months of nutrition coaching with Ciera and had the best experience. I had been struggling with fatigue, stress and not being able to lose weight for several months. Lots of inflammation .
